Tuesday Evening Meditation Classes on Tuesday 7th December 2021
Negative & critical thoughts & feelings are present many times every day and are the source of our endless problems, worries, and misery.
By simply adopting new positive ways of looking at difficult and challenging situations we can free our mind from much stress, anxiety, and fear.
In this 7-week course, we will learn simple practical methods & guided meditations that can transform our life.
