Glass Frogs Presents: Ribbit Ribbit, Bop it, Twist it

A night of funk, soul-jazz, and psychedelic dance grooves ranging from weird to wonderful to weird and wonderful! We're lucky enough to be joined by the fantastic woioi and Luke Saunders at Wharf Chambers* this March.

Luke Saunders is a jazz and soul vocalist, songwriter and pianist inspired by artists such as Gregory Porter, Joni Mitchell, Erykah Badu, Jordan Rakei and Sting. In an effort to resonate with listeners, his honest and sincere songs attempt to display his often-occurring, self-reflection and contemplation of universal questions. Inspired by friends, family and everyday experiences, the overall essence of Luke's musical identity that he wishes to present is one of positivity and sensitivity.

woioi are a cosmic fusion group based in Manchester, UK. Always experimenting, always getting you moving. Their 2024 debut EP, Gumreader, laid out their sonic vision and now 2025 sees woioi stepping out of the lab to play across the UK and beyond.

Glass Frogs combine jazz, hip-hop, funk, and soul influences, to create an eclectic mix of danceable grooves, stripped-back ballads, and cool beats. Our music confronts the absurdity of existence as we hunt for hope in the modern day of doom and gloom.
