Revamp Presents Posthuman // The Acid Rave on Friday 24th November 2017
We're back! After a wicked opening party, we've stepped up a level with this one...
Think Phutue, DJ Pierre, A Guy Called Gerald, Larry Heard, 808 State, The Hacienda, Voodoo Ray, The Summer Of Love, Absolute Euphoria - all key factors of what acid house means to young and old alike. One of the first nights of its kinds in Leeds, we bring a full-on acid rave to the intimate Old Red Bus Station, a derelict bus station kitted out with lights, lasers, smoke and a fat sound system.
I Love Acid and Balkan Vinyl label chiefs - Postman will be performing a DJ set for a mental night of all things aciiiiied. With some amazing releases on both labels this year, Postman are going from strength to strength. This year they performed a cracking live set w/Josh Caffe (who they have collaborated with for their hot new release on Dixon Avenue Basement Jams) for the acid house special Boiler Room, setting the bar stupendously high before handing over the acid house legend Tyree Cooper. Expect heavy analogue sounds and squelchy goodness all night long!
Alongside Posthuman, we've got Limit - UK resident Will Hampson who'll bring in his acid expertise. And of course, your favourite residents - Alex Milo & Yorlig.
Music Genres: Acid House, Techno
