Ambient Leeds is back at the Fenton, bringing you another night of mesmerising sound art!
La French
La French is a multi instrumentalist/producer based in Leyland, Lancashire. Combining his love for hip hop, electronica and jazz he uses samples and live instruments to recreate the genres with an ambient warmth. His latest ep is available to download on the Preston based experimental label Concréte Tapes.
JD Roberts
Master of the ambient pastoral, weaving intricate nature-infused electronic soundscapes of deep forests and lonely seashores, through which melancholic woodwinds wander wistfully. Calm, relaxing, yet darkly mysterious, Roberts' blend of the electronic, the natural and the acoustic is sure to transport you to other worlds.
