Rock Star Costume Comp- We encourage you and your wild ones to dress up as your fav rock n roll stars- jive like Jimi or Janis, rock like the Ramones, go boho Stevie Nicks style, Ziggy it up as your fav Bowie, be epic like Elton! Get your thinking caps on! 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes and wild' child medals up for grabs for the best outfits/costumes on the day!
Remake Remodel DJ’s playing rock n roll and guitar power anthems! Plus themed arts and crafts & giant colouring wall mural, huge parachute dance, temp tattoos, balloon drop, bubbles, face painting plus more tba!

There's a fully licensed bar in both rooms and the canteen/main bar serving a fab selection of alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks and of course kids soft drinks.
Food wise delicious grub! Dough Boy’s Pizza slices half price - till 5pm. Patty Smith’s burgers n’ fries available in the main bar with plenty of vegan/ veggie options too!🍕🌱🍔🍺

Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult and no more than four children to one adult.
All adults must be accompanied by a child and no more than four adults to one child. And of course, why are we even saying this, we have too but the children are your responsibility - keep an eye on em!
There is very limited space for pram parking so if possible please leave the wheels of steel at home if you can.
BTBWC is a social/party for all the family to enjoy together! The event is open to all ages , some activities such as crafts are recommend from 3 + but younger children than this are of course welcome and babies are free entry.
The main bar and roof terrace are open to the general public on the day, which you are more than welcome to use also. BTBWC will take place in the Music Hall
Please be aware that this event is standing however there is seating available around the venue but this may be limited.
There will be club lightning. No strobes and no smoke machines will be used. Noise levels are monitored to be at a safe level and will not be as loud as an adults club event but will be loud enough to keep the atmosphere. You may wish to bring ear defenders if you or child have a particular sensitivity to noise.
Tickets are non- refundable (unless the event is cancelled) but can be sold on. If the event is sold out and you want to sell tickets please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we may have a waiting list and can put you in touch with those wanting to buy.
There will be photography and possibly filming at the event by purchasing tickets and entering you are giving us permission for these to potentially be used for BTBWC promotional purposes.
