The Purps - single launch + The Aerials / VALA / Harry Whittaker on Thursday 16th November 2017

The Purps

Launching their debut single 'Slow Motion'

Newly formed and bringing the best of many influences to the table for a fresh, new and original sound; a chilled-out beach vibe with a psychedelic reggae twist accompanied with a slightly heavier rock feel and rhythms you can't stay still to.

'Looking back on our first day of college (when the band met) we all started talking at the smoking shelter and found common grounds so to speak, it was only later we found out we had all the right tools to start a band, the rest is history'

The Aerials

The Aerials combine hard hitting rock riffs with a splash of indie, along with some funky tunes to satisfy the Frusciante fans!

For fans of Royal Blood and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

VALA

“The four have an instantly likeable, infectious energy - another exciting addition to Manchester’s thriving music scene.” One Great Song

With strong melodies, classic songwriting and an energetic stage show these guys are a must-see live act.

Harry Whittaker

Highlighting satirical themes of modern culture and channelling them through a standard indie/pop harmony. Do not expect to be emotionally moved by the set, as comedic tones will not be outweighed by the more sinister, which do pop up throughout. He's just trying to make sense of the world through song.

Alternative, Indie, Pop, Reggae, Rock
