Here’s all the FAQ’s/Essential Info for the Over 30’s DAYCLUB Festival.

🌦 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦 / 𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 / 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗪𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗘 / 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗦?

Thankfully we do have lots of cover on site already as hopefully can see from our media.

MAIN BAR is covered not just for staff but service also literally there’s a HUGE area under cover for the main stage and dance area.

With the estimated number of attendees approx 900.

- There’s enough cover to get your groove on and keep dry!

You can bring in your own rain shelter/sun shade that has a max size of 3x3m.

Your shelter will have to be erected against the back of the festival site + PLEASE NO flimsy pole to pole structures are allowed!

As we all know, these are a nightmare to manage.

If you leave your shelter on site it will be removed and destroyed without warning or notification by our waste management team directly after the event.

Also please do not try to bring any of your own food or drinks within your chairs/equipment. From experience we know that people do attempt this. Security do vigorous searches upon entry and any contraband will be confiscated and you’ll be denied entry with no refund. So please let’s NOT get everyone’s day off to a negative start!

You can to bring your own seating and brollies - A disposable poncho is also good shout if the weather turns against us - As if it’s looking mixed or if we get a downpour and you are not under cover these keep you dry whilst getting your groove on! PLEASE NO SEATING UNDER THE MARQUEES AS THESE ARE FOR DANCING UNDER! Keep in mind there’s plenty of seating/picnic style benches on site also.

This event WILL take place in inclement weather. If this is the case please adjust clothing to suit.

There’s no such thing as bad weather just the wrong clothes!

We’ve hosted similar events in sunshine and also in severe rain and both have been equally spectacular.

👯‍♀️ 𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐃𝐄:

The emphasis for the whole day is Summer/Smart/Glam Festival Chic.

A lot is weather dependent of course and will update in due course.

𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐑.

NO GYM/AIR MAX STYLE Trainers.

NO Sports branded hoodies/Caps/joggers are allowed.

Smart pumps/Trainers + Smart tailoured Summer Shorts are allowed of course.

Please adhere to the dress code or you will refused entry to the festival.

There’s plenty of food and drink options available that are very reasonably priced. Hopefully you’ll agree that the admission price also reflects good value overall.

There are strict searches upon entry and any drinks found will be confiscated and you will be refused entry to the festival. This is zero tolerance.

Music on, bars open from 2PM - 8PM

Last entry is 5PM.

Grand main stage has the trademark WoM Nu Disco, Club Classics and House Anthems with Live Artists such as Sax, Percussion and Vocals.

😇 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞?

No sorry. Once you are in the festival there are no pass outs.

🚗 𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 / 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗬𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 & 𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗗𝗔𝗬?

Parking for the event is on the 'SCOUT FIELD' for the event. Which is right next door to the Rugby Club.
Just follow the designated marshall’s for the on site car park.
There will be a small charge of £5 per car that goes directly to DK Rugby Club.
IMPORTANT: YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR CAR AND COLLECT IT THE NEXT DAY! 

💷 𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗦/𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗗?

BOTH. BUT! Being an outdoor event the worse case is signal dropping so PLEASE bring CASH!

🍾 𝐇𝐎𝐖𝐌𝐔𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐏𝐑𝐄-𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍?

We have streamlined the bars the a more efficient and fast service.

Example prices are: Cans of Beer and cider are £5 each or 5 for £23. Prosecco is £24 or 2 for £45. Spirits are £5 single or £9 double. Hopefully you’ll find that these are without doubt the most competitive festival drinks prices around!

PLEASE NOTE - As conditions on our license is that NO glass is allowed on site the Prosecco Bottles will have to be decanted. We will be decanting them into some lovely plastic bottles and have been vigorously home tested! Thankfully they do not even lose the fizz after a few days in, and, you’ll be getting these within minutes of being decanted.

We have the HUGE LOVE Food Company in control of our food vendors and are serving up an amazing selection. Look out for the full line up on our socials.

Whilst we are proud to have a great selection please keep in mind that we’re primarily an event for DANCING! Fingers crossed there’s some great options for the you above but if not be sure to grab a bite before.

YES! For ref we do have an over 18’s event on this site on the Bank Hol Sun/Day after this!

📵 Please also keep in mind we’ll be operating our NO PHONES on dance floor rule on this festival. Whilst social media is a huge part of our life right now we are putting the emphasis on ‘Living in the moment’ to euphoric atmosphere. Of course it’s fine to take pics and record but please just do this from the periphery of the main dance area.
