Highland Tradition '18 on Saturday 3rd November 2018

Book a place on this all-day workshop full of music, history and culture. With tuition from Scotland's top class musicians, gaelic speakers, dancers and natural wool spinners. See traditional arts and crafts of the Highlands come together on the 3rd November. Choose your classes; learn old songs and hear of their stories, learn about the songs that got the Gaels through a hard days work of spinning and waulking, be taught an ancient form of dance, learn to play for Step Dance and try out some old Highland Fiddle and Pipe Tunes. And you don't have to be fluent in Gaelic to take part. Just have the enthusiasm to learn a bit. Learn how to Spin wool with real spinning wheels as well!
