About

Christmas is coming to Hull! East Park will host a brand-new Christmas event for its younger visitors commencing Wednesday 7th December and running all the way through until Saturday 24th December. With rides and attractions for the kids such as a wonderful Helter Skelter, spinning cups and saucers and a walk around Fun House there is plenty to do before a meet and greet with no other than the great man himself, Santa Claus. The kids with mum and dad can a trip through Santa’s festive grotto before a personal audience and even a present for the youngsters. There is also a selection of sweets to enjoy as well as warm food while mum and dad can enjoy a hot drink while the kids sample the rides.

Organiser, Martin Holland commented, “We have a fantastic experience for the family to enjoy with the young children. We have been working for the last few weeks on bringing together a magical pre-Christmas experience with a fantastic festive grotto to walk through before meeting Santa himself. It is free to walk around, and rides and attractions can be sampled by purchasing tokens as well as a limited number of tickets being available each day to meet Santa in his grotto.”

Christmas in the park will be alongside East Park’s boating lake just off Holderness Road and opens from Wednesday 7th through until Saturday 24th of December weekdays from 4-8pm, Saturday’s and Sundays from 2-8pm and during the school holidays from Monday 19th December from 2-8pm.

Admission is free
