Not as sold - sound system wasn’t great. We booked a booth for 10 and had no waiter service as advertised. Act we booked to see was on stage for 15 mins and sang 3 songs …very overpriced night.

Review of Dino Safari Park LIVE
Really disappointed. The dinosaurs themselves were fantastic, but there were not nearly enough and we hardly saw them as the skipped down the aisles so quickly and only once each - one of them missed our aisle completely. The large dinosaurs couldn’t fit down the aisles so being sat at the back we didn’t have a very good view. It was not the interactive experience that I had hoped and nowhere on the website does it advertise that this is a fully seated ‘show’ instead. I would have paid maybe £15 for the family, not £55 or close to it.

Review of Dino Safari Park LIVE
My child loved the puppets, the puppets were good and the puppeteers seemed good.
However, the venue was chaotic, you could not get a good view from the back, and most of the small dinosaurs were bought nearby, but it felt somewhat rushed. The prices were way too high for what you got, about 55 mins of maybe 8 puppets, some of which you barely saw. It was like a poor mans dinosaurs do pantomime at times (bringing a selection of kids forwards to meet the ‘big’ dinosaurs) but more expensive than the panto. The big screen display seemed to have no correlation with the ‘show’. I could not reasonably recommend this to anyone, even if it was half the price, I’d be embarrassed to admit to anyone we paid that much for what we saw.

There was no covid safe measures in place. Seating was a free for all first come first served.
I'd paid for 2 tickets for myself and my 2 year old son. Full price tickets as there was no obvious concession for under 5 or under 3's you might see else where.
Due to poor seating planning. My son was sat on my knee for a while before the show started. Leaving 3 empty seats next to me although one of which was ours. A family of 3 turned up to sit down literally right as the show was starting. Rather than cause an issue I didn't stop them sitting on the seat next to me.
This meant I had paid over £30 for the use of 1 seat.
The seating could have been better with allocated seating so families of 3/4/5 etc could book places to fit their party size.
Luckily my son was just happy seeing some dinosaurs but I won't be booking anything similar again.

I thought as the show was for kids it was a bit over the top charging adults the same price. Assitionally at £15 each (including adults ) to see just 5 dinasours (3 of which were hand puppets) was extortionate and definately not worth the cost.

Very disappoint ing, the dinosaurs were good but we couldn't see them as the room was dark and crowded, the small dinosaurs were rushed around and didn't go down all the isles the larger ones stayed at the front and children were having to stand to see them. We arrived before the advised start at 11am but the show didn't start until 11.20 and only lasted 50 minutes, after which my grandson asked when was it starting?.

we ended up sat near the back, and the kids couldn't see a thing due to the seating layout.
The performers do walk around, but because there were people standing at the back of the room and down the sides, blocking the walkways that they would use to bring the dinosaurs around.
Such a shame, as the dinosaurs did look pretty good from what I saw.

Event was listed to start at 11am but did not get into venue till 11.20. Event was listed as starting at 11am and finishing at 12.15 but it started at 11.25am and was finished by 12.10pm. Thought there would be more dinosaurs and would have been able to have some interaction with them.

We were very disappointed. Show was 11-1215. It didn't start until 1120. Everyone was sat in chair and struggled to see the dinosaurs at the front that didn't come down the aisles. The small dinosaurs that did come down the aisles went up and down so fast the kids hardly had chance to see them. Or missed us out completely.
We paid close to £50 for 3 of us, for less than an hour of a show. It said there would many different dinosaurs including a triceratops but that was a no show. I'm guessing they ran out of time. I'd like to know how to make a formal complaint please.

No atmosphere, playing music in the run up to the dinosaurs entering the room would be a bonus. Quite pricey for what it actually is, I think too many people, with a smaller capacity it would have been better
