Absolutely disgraceful event.  Merely a dark room with blaring music and a few balloons on the floor. Both the children and adults were bored. Music was too loud for toddlers and young children, no addjtional lighting to accomdate for chuldren and the walls are black, no thaughts about the concrete stairs and young children.  No consideration for SEN. Completely unstaffed in the event room for the first 30 minutes and for the second 30 minutes, staff were not interacting. We left at this point, with my 4 children and following behind me was two ladies and their 3 children and following them another couple with 1 child. 8 children left in the space of 5 minutes. I raised my comments to the staff at the entrance door about expecting DJs to play some kids games and was met with "oh ok, maybe later" but considering this was a 5 hour event and everyone was bored within 30 minutes nobody could bare waiting 5 hours to find out when sombody was going to do a few party games. Completely embarrassing and dismal start to the Easter holidays, I want a refund!

Unfortunately the event wasn't at all suitable for toddlers. Left within 5 minutes and was told we could get a refund via skiddle, which I've now found is impossible. Wasted a lot of money.
