Yin Yoga Immersion & Healing Sound Bath on Saturday 27th July 2019

I cordially invite you to meet me on the mat for 2 hours of delicious meditative yin yoga, breath-work followed by a soothing one hour Sound Bath with the inspirational Martina Saorin from @yogicsound

Martina uses Gongs and Himalayan bowls to bring the body back to its natural state of balance and harmony.

It is a simple yet profound way to connect with the core of our being and tune our body at the cellular level through the gentleness of its resonance.

It requires nothing but receptivity in order to be fully experienced, but it has to be experienced in order to be completely understood.

When the Gong is played, the sound vibrations immediately quiet the mind, allowing relaxation in the whole body and beyond.

Two hours of blissful, meditative yin yoga followed by a one hour soothing sound bath. One not to be missed!

Space is limited so please book early here: https://www.respirayoga.co.uk/book-a-class
£30

12.20-3.30pm in the Dance Studio.

Hope to see you there :-)
Isabelle

About Your Teachers, Isabelle Sagra - Respira Yoga London Founder:

A yoga experience with Isabelle is deeply affecting, soothing, therapeutic and a blissful journey for all of the senses, involving movement, breath, mindfulness and aromatherapy to bring complete surrender. She strongly believes that yoga is for everyone and that the benefits of this ancient practice can be experienced by every body, of any age or fitness level.

Isabelle is passionate about sharing yoga, making it accessible, enjoyable and an integral part of people's lives as she understands first-hand the power of yoga and how it can bring release, happiness and inner harmony.

She first came to yoga over 20 years ago finding that yoga brought a sense of clarity and calm to her overworked body and mind and that time spent on the mat gave her the chance to re-connect with her inner-self.

Her early training in classical ballet and later immersion in Latin dance has given her an intuitive understanding of the body and movement allowing her to recognize the unique patterns in different bodies. It is this passion for music and dance that allows Isabelle to create mindful flowing sequences set to evocative music, that are graceful and focused, moving meditations, synchronising breath with movement. Allow Isabelle to share her vast experience and love of yoga with you as she accompanies you along your own personal yoga journey.

Martina Saorin, Founder of @YogicSound

Martina Saorin is a 200hrs certified yoga teacher, specialised in Hatha Yoga as well as being an Advanced Yin Yoga teacher, Restorative Yoga Teacher a Level 3 Reiki Master practitioner and a Sound facilitator based in London UK.

Through yoga she discovered the healing modality of sound and began training with the highly respected Don Conreaux (known as Baba Don). Master Don was one of the five original Kundalini Yoga Teachers designated by Yogi Bhajan in 1969.

She then travelled to Poland and attended a 9 day intensive Gong and Sound therapy training at The Tone Of Life. These 9 days confirmed her deep love for sound healing and they showed her clearly the path she wanted to take in life, and thus she enrolled in a Gong Training Practitioner course in London with Sheila Whittaker in the end of 2016. She feels so blessed to have found another modality that truly resonates with her and has been studying Sound Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) in UK since April 2018.

She has always strongly believed in the power of sound and movement as healing tools to restore balance, harmony and wellbeing in the whole body, through the principle that everything in life is in a state of vibration.
Reason, that brought her to deepen her knowledge on yoga, sound and wellbeing.
.
In 2018 she founded “Yogic Sound”, which combines yoga (mainly Hatha/ Yin/Restorative) with the transformative power of the Gongs and Himalayan bowls, with the intention of bringing the body back to its natural state of balance and harmony.
