TICKETING

🎫 Tickets can be printed out or shown on your phone. All tickets have a unique barcode. Duplicate tickets will be refused at the gate

👨‍👧‍👧 This event is for all ages and children under 16 come in for

£10 ticket if accompanied by an adult. Disabled carers come in free. Requires appropriate PIP documentation to be shown in advance.

EVENT SITE

Look out for 'THE ESSEX SKA & REGGAE FESTIVAL' with signage directing you to the entrance lane.

There will be a separate disabled entrance, please look for thesign.

👫🏼 Designated ‘No Bag’ lanes for customers arriving to the site with no bags or bulky clothing. Whilst security will still check your pockets, this will take less time than full bag searches.

☀️ This event is open air. Please keep an eye on the weather leading up to the event. No large umbrellas. On the flip side, if it’s hot - don’t forget your sun cream!

🪪 If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, our bars will require ID to purchase alcohol.

💷 Both cash & cards are accepted to purchase drinks at the bars.

💳 Food units will only accept card payments.

RESTRICTIONS

🥤No liquids allowed in the arena with the exception of four sealed 500ml (or smaller) bottles of water (There are water stations at the event where you can fill your bottle up all day for free), Small bottles of perfume/roll on deodorant/suncream (non aerosol) are permitted but you may be asked to demonstrate the safety of the product by spraying it on your hand.

There are licensed bars at the festival selling alcohol and soft drinks as well as coffee and tea vendors.

No alcohol of any kind is allowed to be brought into the festival -Any one on entry trying to bring in alcohol will have the option to dispose of it or to not enter the festival

🍔 No food of any kind is allowed to be brought into the festival. There are lots of food stalls catering for all tastes. Please ask individual food vendors re dietary needs and allergies.

🪑Fold up chairs can be brought into the event but on entering at the gate cannot be in packaging or case. They must remain to the sides in designated areas, not directly in front of the stage.

👜 Bag searches will be taking place.

TRANSPORT

🚘 If using sat-nav please use the postcode CM20 3FD.

🅿️ Car Park: There is on-site car parking, just a short walk from the entrances. (first come, first served) ♿️ Disabled parking: There is very limited disabled parking

🚕 Taxis: Please book in advance as availability tends to reduce after the event.

Cab drop off point is a designated area inside the main car park.
