I wouldn't go again, over priced for what it was. Definitely to loud, to small, to dark. Not enough soft play or toys to play with. seemed more for the parents to get pissed up.

Not as advertised, no assault course, venue too small to have little tikes cars on dance floor. Left early as older child bored and younger child had headache from noise level. Dissapointed.

An awesome event for all our kids of varying ages! From toddler to pre teen, they all loved it. There was something for everyone and even us adults enjoyed dancing our socks off to music we loved when we were young and carefree. Brilliant energy in the place, and staff were really welcoming and helpful

Absolutely fab event!! We had 3 generations attend my dad, myself and my 2 year old daughter and we all loved it!! My daughter now keeps asking to go raving again and we can't wait for the next event x

The music was good though kept going a bit too loud for tots ears.

The whistles given out were ridiculously loud. Unnecessary.

The facilities were good but the older kids were allowed into them which put younger tots at risk.

People spilt booze on the floor which became sticky and dropped things on it which young ones could pick up and put in their mouth. I think better without booze.

On balance, I enjoyed the music and so did my little one but I would not feel it a safe event to go to again.

I would go if there were no booze, slightly less loud music, less people for the space (or outdoor?). It's such a shame as it nearly could have been a fun as opposed to stressful time.

Hello we came to the aldershot session last sunday with out 1 year old and 4 year old. Our 1 year old really enjoyed it she loved the parachute and soft play and the lights. However our 4 year old found it too noisy your website said the music would be at a child friensdly level however we did not feel this was the case and even watching back filming we took the music was loud. I would maybe suggest next time advising parents to bring ear defenders or even selling ear plugs there (get a load in from china and make extra profit :) ). Also maybe you could have had a sweet stall to keep kiddies going a bit longer (and made more profit). Venue was fab and we loved the idea and concept of the event. We cant wait for the next one and will make sure we have our ear defenders so our son can get full enjoyment aswell.

I took my youngest two children and they loved it as much as myself. One did find it a little noisey though but what do you expect from a rave!! DJ SLIPMATT was amazing I love the idea of bringing old skool ravers together with the new generation of ravers, let's keep the music alive!!!

My 3 kids had a great time on the bouncy castle and dancing around while i enjoyed the awesome tunes provided by slipmatt.. a little bit manic but overall enjoyed by all thanks guys

What a way to spend a Sunday kids bouncing around to Dj Slipmatt whilst us parents buzz from the nostalgia having uv face paint dancing under the parachute list goes on we didn't want it to end my only complaint is it want long enough 😁

We had a fantastic afternoon at raver tots. My 16 month old loved being able to dance and play, and my husband and I enjoyed being able to listen to the music we love and spend time as a family.
The whole event was very well organised in a great location. We're looking forward to the next one.

Living in Aldershot I was really excited that we have got the Palace back again, it used to be an amazing club 20 years ago! So we bought tickets to see what the refurbished venue looked like. They have spent a lot of money on it and it looks great, good lighting, lazers etc, good sound system etc. Music, DJ's good. However the downfall of the place is the bar, they have halved the size of the bar, it took over 30 minutes to get served and the cloakroom is a disaster, we left after our first drink, we weren't prepared to queue again and the cloakroom girl couldn't find our coats, it took her 20 minutes, god knows what it was like at the end of the evening. If they get a bigger bar and decent cloakroom then maybe we'll give it another go.

Ok, I had a great night because I just danced solidly for 3 hours and I was happy. However, as an older customer I can see where this new venue needs to address many problem areas. First the bar is far too small for the size of the venue, it should not take 45 minutes to get a drink. The staff were in complete chaos, they need more training, especially some that can't speak English very well. The bar upstairs had crates of drink all over the floor and the whole area was a mess - health and safety issues big time! The ladies loo was far too small, they always are, but this was ridiculous - only four tiny cubicles (I actually witnessed a larger lady nearly get stuck in the doorway, bless her), 3 sinks and only 1 hand dryer, what's that about?! As soon as 1 cubicle was out of order, it became unbearable. The queues were horrendous, all squeezed into a tiny corridor! The 'cloakroom' - was a girl at the end of the bar who was in total confusion, and this was charged at £2.50 per coat, even though my friend and I shared a hanger! The chandelier and decor of the club is beautiful, however I'm afraid that you will lose repeat business if you don't improve the service. My friend came, really looking forward to it as he is a big Charlie Hedges fan, however, after 45 minutes standing at the bar, he just left and went home, completely missing her set, really disappointing. I'm sorry that I've gone on a bit in this review, I feel passionate about it and really hope this can be a successful, much needed venue for our area. Thank you.
