Gongs are amazing instruments. They generate powerful, intense healing vibrations which, interspersed with the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls, stimulate feelings of peace and relaxation. This allows the release of stress, pain, anxiety and enhances well-being.

Please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow or whatever you need to feel comfortable and bring a bottle of water.

Jarek Dzwigol (Okide Soul) is Gong Master and Spiritual Healer trained by Don Conreaux, Aidan McIntyre, Tom Solton and Abby Del Sol and others. He offers group and one-to-one sessions. He and his wife are frequently invited to play in yoga studios and at private events. They will be happy to play for you too.
They teach Introduction to Gong Practitioner Course and Certified Gong Practitioner Course with other Gong Master in much more simplified and approachable way.
