Discover How To Improve Your Health & Vitality on Thursday 31st May 2018
Ayurveda is the science of health and is based on the principle that optimal health is about creating balance through diet and physical exercise. The balance is based on your body type- Data, Pita and Kapha.
In the workshop we will introduce Ayurveda and you can complete a questionnaire to help you determine your body type. Q and A. Short and simple Yoga session suitable for all abilities.
