Welcome back to Vibe Room Comedy!

This week we are delighted to have the Amazing, Rachel Jackson headline!

Rachel is an Award winning Scottish comedian and writer.

Winner of The Herald Scottish Culture Award ‘One to Watch’ prize.

Rachel was trained at Rose Bruford and was Nominated for The Spotlight Prize, Nominated for best new comedian at The Scottish Variety Awards and The Scottish Comedy Awards.

Played Wendy in the movie 'Beats' with Steven Soderbergh as executive producer.

Played Donna in Karen Gillan's ‘The Party's Just beginning' which went to TriBeCa Film Festival, Glasgow Film Festival and was nominated for best film at The Scottish Baftas.

Roles in TV Shows such as 'Outlander' ‘Still Game’ ‘Two Doors Down' and ‘Scot Squad’ Wrote and starred in ‘Bunny Boiler’ a 6 part mini series for BBC Three. Did show of same title at The Edinburgh Fringe.

Has written three solo shows and has performed everywhere from the UK to Berlin, Beijing, NYC, Tokyo and LA. Written and performed in sketches for BBC Scotland, BBC Writers Room and Channel 4.
