We Are All Here on Thursday 3rd May 2018
MILK Glasgow presents... WE ARE ALL HERE
Scottish Hip Hop's finest acts unite to fight mental health stigma in the name of Calum Barnes AKA Lumo, the Scottish rapper who died by suicide in September 2017 aged just 21 years old.
In an unprecedented grudge battle, tHE bEiNg MC's Loki from Glasgow goes head to head with Edinburgh-based artist Oddacity - in Oddacity's first EVER battle and Loki's first in a long, long time - to settle the score on a year's worth of dissing. This. Is. Big.
PLUS performances by Scotland's beatboxer Bigg Taj and Spee69, winner of SAMA Best Hip Hop Artist Kid Robotik and his crew Togo Fam, Lumo's own crew Deadsoundz, Wee D, Steg G, Skyy Boii, SWVN, KayceOne, G-Mo and Rissa.
In the last year, Scotland has seen a rise in suicides amongst young men and we are determined to put a stop to this. All funds raised will be used to complete production and widely distribute a documentary film about Lumo, made with Calum's friends and family, aimed at raising awareness about mental health and suicide amongst young men in Scotland.
One night only - do not miss it. Thursday 3rd May at Classic Grand. Doors 7pm. £5.
Music Genres: Hip Hop, Rap
