Formed in July 2010, The Black Delta Movement played their first show at Hulls Freedom Festival and released their first EP 3 months later. The BDM have since released 3 more EP’s and three singles all of which to sell-out launch parties.
The Black Delta Movement’s music consists of soaring vocals with choppy, fuzz-laden and reverb-heavy guitars all backed by a heavy rhythm section. The band comprises Matt Burr, Dom Abbott, Liam Kerman, Jacob Tillison and Joe Gray.
Having played 200 shows since their formation, The Black Delta Movement has built up a solid reputation as an outstanding live act. The band have supported bands such as The Jesus And Mary Chain, The Stranglers, Kaiser Chiefs, Temples, Drenge, Toy, The View, Shaun Ryder, Jefferson Airplane.
Recently recording at Magic Garden Studios with Gavin Monaghan (Editors, Ocean Colour Scene, Ryan Adams, The Twang) Seven Circles will be their sixth release and fifth EP.
