VICKIE PAXTON: "Travelling from country to country across the world, singer/songwriter Vickie Paxton’s journey in life is depicted in story telling fashion throughout her music. Her sound encapsulates folk/country/blues/pop yet her voice and songs are instantly recognisable. Vickie has a unique presentation and level of engagement with her audience and even when performing alone with her finger picking acoustic style, she has the crowd in the palm of her hand."
EMILY EVANS: "A singer/songwriter from Linlithgow and now based in Glasgow who found her passion for song writing at just 8 years-old. Since then, she has developed her craft through pouring her heart out and writing about personal events that have taken place throughout her life. After writing many heartbreak pop songs over her teenage years, at 20 years-old Emily decided it was time to turn her singing career into a reality. She jumped into the music studio where her debut single 'Rut' was brought to life. She has already received critical acclaim from radio shows such as Amazing Radio with Jim Gellatly, and won Strathclyde's Battle of the Bands in 2022. Emily’s long anticipated new single ‘Perfect Match’ is set to be released on Friday 29th of September."
BELLY RACHEL: "A Malaysian singer/songwriter based in Glasgow. Ever since the release of her debut single 'Ride or Die', Belly has been making waves in the city's indie music circuit, thanks to her powerful vocals and brutally honest songwriting."
PAUL MULLEN: "A 26 year-old singer songwriter with a dream who burst onto the scene in 2020 with his melodic tales of life in post-industrial Scotland. Britpop influences pepper Paul’s work whilst his raspy vocal style has drawn comparisons with Kelly Jones of Stereophonics and Paolo Nutini. The East Kilbride musician kicked off 2022 with a Glasgow headliner followed up with a support slot with Kyle Falconer in March. With festival appearances and new releases in the pipeline, the future looks bright for the talented songsmith."
