About

Embryonic Autopsy is a Brutal Death Metal band focused on bringing back the style that made the
Death Metal genre so popular back in the early ‘90s. Blazing guitar, guttural vocals, and lightning fast drumming the way Death Metal was meant to be.
The band includes a powerhouse of seasoned extreme metal veterans. Featuring Tim King from technical death metal pioneers Oppressor on vocals. Former Otep guitarist Scott Roberts on guitars, and a full force rhythm section consisting of bassist Kenxi Dupey and drummer Marco Fimbres. Embryonic Autopsy’s debut album “Prophecies of the conjoined” was released in February 2022 through Massacre Records and met with massive success in the underground metal scene. Hailed as an album that brought back the dynamics and raw energy of old school Brutal Death Metal, the album met with rave reviews and got the band placed on many great tours throughout the album cycle. The album featured many guest appearances by legends in the Death Metal scene including James Murphy (Death, Obituary), Terrance Hobbs (Suffocation) and Doc Coyle (God Forbid). The album itself was a concept album based on the theory of aliens visiting and helping to teach the Egyptian, Mayan, and Aztec cultures by furthering their technology. It would not be until centuries later that a spaceship crash in Roswell, New Mexico, would give scientists actual life forms to study. The DNA of these alien life forms were combined with human DNA to create alien/human hybrids. Although successfully spliced and kept alive, these hybrids were abominations of nature and soon turned against humanity. From a musical standpoint, the album features some of the most intense and uncompromising extreme music following in the footsteps of the legendary predecessors that made the death metal genre the most extreme form of music on the planet.
