Absolutely brilliant event. Music, site, crew, security, food and activities all top-notch. Only suggestions for next year are more portaloos (or more frequent emptying) and a back-up power option on-site; two stages were out for 1.5 hours on Saturday when a generator went down. To be honest though, we were all having such a good time that no-one was put out in the slightest! Bring on next year!

One of the happier vibe festivals I've been to in a long time. The number of stages was just right so that you didn't miss out on too much. My one quarm is WHERE THE HELL RE THE MINIRIGS WE P@iD Fo'R GUYS?!?!

Best new festival award has to go to Wonderfields after last years 1st attempt which was great, this year they exceeded themselves to make this the most elkc small festival ever! Despite a long wait to queue to actually enter site which they definitely need to improve next year everything else was so good. Moving the dance area to the small wood enclosure was inspired and having a late license to play to 5am made this work so well. The decor, lighting and whole layout worked brilliantly. Maybe next year more food options and Andy's Loo's need to improve their cleaning schedule as they didn't do the festival justice shame really because everything else was near perfect. Great music beautiful people amazing vibes. I'd highly recommend this to all folk families etc. Well done Wonderfields crew you are all legends.

As it says in the name it is fields of wonder, such an amazing camping site. The music venues are incredible and left a definite memory of great times. Not one bad memory or time was had at the festival. Second year going and hopefully one to keep returning to in the following years.

Great Little festival, fantastic location, beer could be a little bit cheaper, food priced at right level, really good kids area even for my 10 and 13yr old - the circus skills equipment proved a hit - will book again for next year and tell friends to come along

hello, I am a mum with 2 kids and we comped next to kids area. We loved the kids area and everything that went on there esp. rave fire engine (get them again) Also the ladies that did the dressing up- Brilliant and lovely ladies. Also the carousel was a winner!!! and wood craft stufff in fact all of it was great. The only thing is that i had to carry all our camping stuff up and down that hill! I do love drum and bass but got a bit pissed of by sunday listening to the same beat... maybe a bit of lush house in there next time???? Correspondence on the sunday were brilliant. Lovely friendly people happy for my kids to run around. Hopefully see you next year.

I went to Wonderfields with my husband and 4 girls aged 7 to 10. The venue was absolutely fantastic. We arrived on Friday around 5pm. Getting there was well indicated, but there was a lack of information once in. The worst was that the program was not yet available at the time we entered (!), so we were not aware and couldn't organise which performers we wanted to see. Had we had the very informative program in time, things would have looked even better. There was an incident on Saturday night were the generators broke and there were no lights and no shows for a while. I think the organisers could have arranged for some acoustic performances while trying to sort things out, instead of putting this repetitive recorded music again and again.
Food and stalls were great! Toilets, as usual in festivals, gross.
But, all in all, highly recommendable.

Lovely site, although camping not on a steep slope was limited. We found a great spot to camp, only slightly sloping, and enjoyed great views and music to chill to. Tent neig*bours were lovely.
I suspect the first poster was unlucky to have turned up after the generators blew, which was unfortunate. Once they fixed it, The Skints did an outstanding set to a huge audience. It was fab!
Agree about the toilets: not enough, not cleaned often enough. If you plan to entertain people till 5am expect the loos to be in a state, and plan accordingly, next time.
Food was somewhat limited, but very tasty and good. Biggest food moan would be the two hour wait for the pre booked "BBQ Banquet ": at £15 a head it needed to be there on time. Saving yourself for a slap up dinner at 2.00 makes one ravenous by 4.00 and missed rather the artistry of the gourmet aspect. The pork was fantastic, though. A good foodie catering company that just needs to get its act together.
All said, it was a wonderful weekend: I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will come next year, and bring friends, in the hope that the toilet arrangements are improved.
Oh: on the matter of drugs - one person being fire steward popped a pill in front of me; the bar staff were clearly either off their faces or ridiculously stupid; some of the banquet servers were in last nights clothes, without gloves and wiping their hands on their shorts (I watched one guy do this many times in the two hours I was waiting to be fed).
Security were lovely; friendly and approachable. Definitely not hassley.
Awesome vibe, awesome music. Great site, great weekend. Thank you!

Lousy music, staff and facilities

The camping facilities were sloped throughout. The lavatories quickly achieved a shocking state. The staff were exceptionally unprofessional and didn't even adhere to the "zero tolerance" drugs policy, let alone enforce it. Anyone arriving at 7.00am on Sunday would have met with no security whatsoever. To top it all the music was mostly abysmal.

Had a great time, the children loved it. Because of its size it feels really safe for children, so as parents you can relax and not worry about losing them in the crowds. Still plenty to do and see. The crumpet van was amazing- I crave lemon curd soaked crumpets now! Looking forward to next year already x
