Need more ATMs if people are going to have buy their tokens with money. Or should have the option of purchasing tokens with your card!! Queues were bad throughout the day in general but otherwise really good

Toilets needed to be looked after better especially towards the end when the vip area run out of water. Dj’s need to be more varied on the main stage it was all a little samey abolish tokens. And if we’re paying a premium for tickets then how about a break on the drink prices not the most I’ve spent but certainly to much.
But a fairly nice atmosphere would go again but there are areas for improvement

The event was way to packed! To packed to even walk around and enjoy it. the type of people that was there ruined it. it was supposed to be the biggest Elrow but I only see 2 stages?! The tent was way to hot to stay in there longer than 10 minutes and GET RID OF THE TOKENS THERE A RIP OFF!!!

Absolutely brilliant festival it's definitely for the younger lot tho 30 downwards it was on for 2 days last year, Saturday for the younger lot & Sunday was defo an older crowd but 100% spot on for atmoshphere, I didn't feel one bit of bad vibe in there but I have to give 150% for the music at Elrow totally off the friggin hook.. I'm 45 I felt a lil older but it didn't stop me having an amazing time all the effort & creativity that goes into that festival is just incredible, if you want fun, creativity, energy, colourful, brilliant atmosphere and amazing music TECH HEADS this is the place for you ELROW

Elrow as always completely out of this world, decor, actors fantastic!
However, the fact our day was spent queuing ridiculously due to card problems etc.
On arrival we queued to get in which is always expected at festivals, however the big green gates were locked for no reason as we could see the other side no queues at all leading up to security. After the other guests yanked the gate open we were allowed in, being shoved and pushed into barriers. I feel if an explanation was given for holding us there, people would be less frustrated and wouldn't' push and shove as much! Moving on, going into the festival we queued to buy drink tokens, all card machines stopped working which is rather frustrating, moving onto the cash point we queued for two hours to then be told one of the cash machines 'ran out of money'. i feel you should have an alternative solution in the event of this happening (which it did). After the third hour of queuing for cash, we finally got cash and queued for tokens again, we then queued for the bar (i understand this is expected but after queuing at the cash point you can understand how infuriating this can be. After finally getting a drink we then had at least 3 hours to enjoy ourselves, which again ELROW never disappoints with the entertainment side. I think more security was needed at the gates to control the crowd and having a back up solution when all card facilities go down, considering we are in 2019 and 85% of guests using card. If the entertainment and decor wasnt' incredible i would not return however elrow always lives up to expectations even if it did feel overcrowded.

The people are what made this event. I love house, yet hated majority of the music played all event long. Made out like we were to expect big dj appearances, none were known. Entry price for based on the music was way over priced. Should of warned no card payments accepted. Queues could have been avoided. Venue was lovely but would definitely not return next year.
