Weather was pish. Venue was actually ok. No disabled parking due to flooding.

It's was hard to say it was a complete wash out left at 3.30 was drenched no shelter for anyone. Will never go back put me of paid £100. Didn't get to see deacon blue, or wetwetwet. Told security that I was going out to get dried of at a pub was told I couldn't come back was devastated

Excellent venue, loved that although there were the main musicians, there were also areas that supported local musicians, atmosphere was electric, plenty of places to sit if you got tired, prices were typical festival prices which I think are on the pricey side but overall, the family had such a fantastic day..definately be back.

Party at the Palace was great. Excellent venue with good music. Good crowd at least until James came on when everyone went a bit crazy. I spent most of the day at the Purple Orange tent which was excellent to see sets I hadn't seen before. Very chilled afternoon. Toilet facilities were excellent also and it always needs to be said - that's a big help! Queues for drinks were fast moving and there was overall a good atmosphere.
My only recommendation would be to have a central 'Find Me' zone as I lost my mates, mobiles died...the usual nonsense - a wee bit worse for wear - I ended up having to make my way home on my own - £30. lighter from Linlithgow to Whitburn - For that reason only, I probably wouldn't go back. But that was bad planning on our part, nothing to with the Gig. All a bit of an eye-opener though :)

Unable to hear music from sound of the rides. Some fighting in crowd. Headline act played new songs and ran over time and we had to leave for train.

Gig was good and really nice folk attending with a minority of exceptions. Night didn't end to great for my 13 year old daughter having her specs broken off her face with a stupid un apologetic female who had clearly had more drink than she could handle. One other indecent from the same bunch which was shocking resulted in another female being hit in the back of the head with a large bag full of rubbish.

Other than this the gig was fab and will most likely attend next year was generally a great crowd and that makes for a great day.

Possibly more stewards would help but you always get some folk who have to much drink but clearly are out there depth lol.
