Speakers got turned down and could hear no bass

Me and my friends were not allowed entry, even though every single one of us had id and secondary ids to back it up. The security picked one of my friends and decided her drivers license was fake and tried to take it off her. The security guard argued with us for a while before she got her id back and we tried the security round the front of the venue. We were then told that because we were refused entry at one door we couldn’t enter through another one. We were unable to get a refund on our tickets as this was around 11pm. We came all the way from Fife and were incredibly disappointed by how this was handled by staff.
