Review of Casino Royale: New Year\'s Eve 007 Extravaganza
Slim 007 theme - with large screen showing clips of movies, but no Bond music at all during night!! There was a quiz, but no answers. We had booked meal - food good, but by the time we had finished all gambling stopped :0(

Review of Casino Royale: New Year\'s Eve 007 Extravaganza
The Music was good and so was the atmosphere. It was advertised that there would be roulette, a fortune teller etc but when we arrived 10pm there was nothing. The price of the ticket did not match what was on offer. The drink prices were also extortionate. The bar staff and Manager lady were rude and obnoxious. I would definitely not return.

The event was very good in many ways but unfortunately people who hadn’t booked tables were drinking and spilling alcohol on dance floor making it extremely slippery leading to me having a fall on dance floor which lead to a broken wrist being hospitalised and undergoing surgery

Nothing that was advertised was happening. There was no tarot card reader, no casino tables. I asked around a few of the staff and they were not aware of anything and couldn’t tell me where they were so I’m not sure what I paid the ticket price for? £30 just for entry?

Review of Casino Royale: New Year\'s Eve 007 Extravaganza
Was a totally amazing night. Great food, the meal was Awesome, 5 courses! Great atmosphere, the staff were all dressed to look the part. The acoustic guitar girl was excellent, sang a couple of Bond tunes too and did them well including Skyfall. Had some great Bond compilation screens in the background. The band were good too. To improve, the background music was way too loud during the meal, had to put ear plugs in and it would have been nice to have more subtle Bond music in the background at that time. The staff were very helpful and fun, totally brilliant everywhere, ten out of ten for them. The Bond quiz (on paper) had some great questions, I had to really think about them and I'm a knowledgeable fan, that was impressive. The casino bit was fun. The bar closed ten minutes before New Year without warning, an announcement to remind people to get their toast drink in time would have been helpful but not a major issue. People were very friendly and everyone had made an effort to look Bond like. Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10. It was a fantastic night! Thank You! :)

Review of Casino Royale: New Year\'s Eve 007 Extravaganza
Booking fee extortionate. £17 for that. Cost us £177. Then they had the cheek to add a service charge to the £160 of £16. Could have done with a piper and hearing the bells. The meal was rubbish. Salmon looked as if it was straight out a tin and lettuce. No veg or potatoes. Soup was ok. Cheese and oat cakes ok. The salad course bit of a mess. The sweet was a mixture of 3 items plonked on plate. Choc cake not very tasty and maybe what was supposed to be sticky toffee was solid. Cheesecake ok but nothing special. Very disappointing all round. Won't be back and will be passing this on to others

A fun and relaxed evening with good music and service from the staff and not overcrowded which created a more relaxed atmosphere. The theme was good for the night.
