Review of Forbidden Forest
Great apart from being told couldn't take my bag in as too big- it was a tiny back pack as needed extra layers and rain stuff due to the forecast, then saw people with bigger bags!been to previous forests with a bigger bag and never had a problem.

Great atmosphere, and top quality Dj's, just need more toilets and a more secluded seating area! Loved it & would recommend
Lowkey the sickest event of the year
Awesome festival. Had a sick time!!
Already want to go again. Such a good day/ night

Well organised and amazing line up
Prices are a madness otherwise wavey!
Amazing day can't wait for next year
First time going, would definitely go again! The rain macs were fairly priced and there was a glitter station, bonus!
Incredible little festival, with a brilliant atmosphere, thank you forbidden forest.
Incredible day, such a good set up!! I love the forest!
Good event but could do with more toilets xx
Only problem is the toilet system, people don't wanna be waiting ages for the toilet and missing the acts! Other than that I wouldn't change a thing! Amazing acts and set up, my favourite place in the whole world ✨
Ashley De Saeger
Brilliant day just a little expensive
Great acts, great atmosphere! Could do with water refill points so you don't have to buy water all day just to stay alive.
The drinks were the only overpriced thing and there should be more benches to sit down
Best vibe and atmosphere of any festival i have been to, great line up for a small ish festival. Enjoyed most things about it.

Loved it! Amazing venue, haven't seen another festival like it.
Great ,enjoyed it
I can't wait until the next one!!
Such a good day and experience!
Too many people, no effort was made by organisers to try and avoid a mud bath from the rain it's gotten way to big and it's not the same house music festival it was
The whole event was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was just right. The only issue i have is that there still wasn't enough toilets, by 9 they were over flowing. And also the alcohol was very expensive, around £4.50 for a can of hooch is very dear.. but overall had an amazing time!
Amazing weekend! Loved it all!
Very good festival but I feel that the festival will benefit ftom running water at the toilets for washing hands. Also a water tap would be a nice touch, and something that is a legality. Also the tree stubs tripped me up at least 8 times during the course of the event. Everyone that I spoke to said they had all tripped over the tree stubs at some point in the night. Also the token system is confusing and is like learning a new currency for the night. Cash would be better in my opinion and doesn't cause people to have to drink up quickly before the 9:30pm refund cut off. Sort this out, and you will have a truly very amszibg event in the future. Regards, Stefan
Great day/night definitely go again
Amazing day at Forbidden Forest, the organisation was really good but I thought the volume of the music was too quiet, especially at Novum and Kooky stages
Jack Oliver Reay

Gets better every year🤙🏼
I have been to many major festival including tomorrowland and creamfields and this festival has topped both of them this year! Exteramly organised, ques for a drink were minimum, staff member were polite, informative and looked happy to be serving everyone having a good time! See you again next year and many more before I am old to carry around my raving shoes. Made my whole year!
Absolutely loved it 5* from us girls 👏 Well done brilliant event

Amazing day/night! Best festival so far this year!!!

Overall was good, needed more toilets and drinks and food were very over priced

Been to both of them this year, and enjoyed both of them, the only downside was the drinks are overpriced and they ran out of alcohol really quickly
Absolutely amazing place, first time ever going to a festival and I can happily say it was the best experience of my life and I'd do it all over again, unforgettable experience and I'll deffo be back next year, thank you forbidden forest you are incredible
First time I've been to this festival and I enjoyed it quite well. Seeing as it's a 12 hour rave, need some more chill out areas or tents and stages with more varied music but overall loved it
Great day out
I had read a few reviews after spontaneously booking the tickets as a friend had asked if I would go with to celebrate her birthday. Most reviews I had read were good ones, so apart from the fact I am not really into the music I thought I would be a fun day out.
When we arrived, it was about 1:30pm and thankfully we had missed the first rush at 12pm when they opened the gates! The three of us walked straight in, got our wristbands and headed to the drinks tickets tent!
The drinks tickets were super overpriced but we decided to just put thirty pounds in each and get 30 drinks tokens, ten each to last us the day. We were very disappointed to find that they didn't have gin and tonic at the bar. In the end, we opted for beer and hooch!
After sorting out our tokens and getting a well deserved drink we headed to check out the music tents. There were four tents in total the NOUVM, Kooky, UKF and the Bunker tents, we spent most of our time at the UKF tent and danced away the day to acts like North Base, logistics and of course the only act any of us knew the name of Sub Focus.
To be completely honest there is only so much bobbing you can do in twelve hours, we discovered you only really need two body parts for a festival like this your ring finger and middle finger together and you can finger bob your way through the twelve hour festival.
They had a wide range of food stalls from pizza to chicken wraps and your typical festival burger and hot dogs to a noodle bar! We headed right for one called 'easy cheesy' to get some deep fried curly fries loaded with cheese sauce, they were delicious if not a bit messy.
They also had a glitter tent and a stall full of masks and sunglasses that we avoided like the plague.
As the night went on the crowds got bigger in the tents and obvious more drunk. It was starting to get a little cold and I had even contemplated leaving early, when we went into the depths of the crowd to penguin our way to warmth. This strategy only worked to an extent, until I got hit in the head with a bottle full of something that took two showers to get out of my hair. I wasn't just cold now I was shivering, damp and sticky. It took me far too long to cheer up again after this incident, but I got there eventually.
The three of us danced through until around 11pm when we decided to try and miss the rush at the end and call our taxi, we gave it 20 minutes and we headed out of the venue to find Andy our Taxi Driver. Just as we got to the parked cars we saw Andy pull up, we jumped in and we were out of Donnington park. On the way, back we saw everyone walking and waiting for busses and couldn’t be more relived to be sitting in our warm taxi.
Thanks Forbidden Forest for the experience but it’s not for me, I might see Donnington next year for Download though, it’s a great site.
Awesome day/night! Would recommend 👌🏼
