Evening Halloween Tours at Haddon Hall on Thursday 25th October 2018
Haddon Hall has stood for over 900 years, bearing witness to the religious, political and intellectual upheaval of The Reformation during the 16th and 17th centuries, where superstition was rife amongst the general population, leading to the populace taking measures to protect their families and homes from any evil spirits, leading to marks like daisy wheels and anti-witch mark circular designs being carved into various locations in homes.
Visitors of this unique tour can enjoy a Halloween cocktail and cake before the tour starts at 6:30pm, where guests will then embark on a journey through many rooms of the Hall, after dark.
tours will take place on October 25th, 29th, 30th and 31st.
