You sold the event online to have entertainment, food and a bar. You had a pokey little tent with a pop up bar, there was no atmosphere, half of my party had travelled up from London for this thinking there would be food and entertainment. The even was mediocre, didn't last very long, overall, really unhappy

It was much better last year.
The price you pay I would expect more from the overall experience. The bar/refreshment facilities were poor this year. A marquee with a few wooden benches and limited drinks for purchase. No decorations, no music, no atmosphere. The actual experience only lasts for 20/25 minutes for £24 is a lot to pay when there is nothing else going on. The atmosphere was poor this year.

Amazing scare attraction and proper scary . I am normally attending multiple yearly of this type of attraction but this year this was top 1 out of 5 I have visited .

A full attack on the senses, it was brilliant, it scary, it was funny, really well put together. Would definately go again. Highly reccomend.

The staff were lovely, particularly the guy doing the car park and getting us in. I left after 5 mins after being too scared haha but they got me back in and were great.

The actors were amazing and genuinely scary. Was a really great horror attraction and would definitely recommend it.

Overall the experience was amazing throughly enjoy it the only down fall was the false advertising in food being there and the conference hall being themed for Halloween with music so you could make a night of it

The slammer was petrifying, exhilarating & brilliantly executed! The actors and actresses were all fantastic & gave us a Halloween scare. The way it was set up to go down little tunnels to the next room was well thought out. It was our first scare maze and now we really want to go back to another one!
