Shy Fx did not turn up, had no help with refunding of tickets in which im still waiting to be in contact. Absolutely ridiculous and didn’t even bother to tell us, had to find out ourselves.

Everything where payment was involved, standards where not met. An abuse of consumer rights laws to cancel the only headliner and subsititute it for other acts, that did not play similar music, without a refund or rescheduled date. Then, the cloakroom decided to allot completely different numbers to our items than the numbers on the keys they gave. Took an hour to get it sorted. Security was rude about it, the managers did help. Overall, its a poor decision to go again. Go to another dnb rave like sonix where things are handled better.

My 16 yrs old son really enjoyed the night . But I would like to ask if you can review the age from 15-17 yrs old . My son is in year 11 and quite a few friends we’re not able to attend this event , sit there birthdays not being until June / July .

Very disappointed in my experience at this venue! I’ve been before to a 16+ rave here before but it wasn’t as bad as this. Headliner cancelled. Substitute acts did not play music similar to the headliner.
Cloak room was a disgusting waste of money. Bad management when it came to the keys. They handed us numbers that represent our items and we had to pay to have them held at the cloak room. The numbers on the items were different to the numbers on the keys. We had to wait an hour to get it sorted. Security was rude and not cooperating due to bad policy implementation. Luckily, the managers understood the situation and handed all our items. However, it made us late for the last train. It’s very dangerous to do this especially at an U18 event. You have a responsibility of care at these events where you host minors and it’s very disappointing to see such bad management here.
In short, everything we spent money on went completely wrong including the ticket and cloakroom. Not happy
