Friendly Fires DJ set at DEYA tickets

Friendly fires inhabit that sweet spot between dance music and indie, finding their way onto blog house playlists, and taking inspiration from Prince, Carl Craig, and the output of Kompakt Records. They secured a Mercury nomination before going on hiatus in 2014, before returning in 2018 with among other things a blissed-out Disclosure produced track 'Heaven Let Me In'. Of special resonance for Byrd Out is Friendly Fires' collaboration with Andrew Weatherall and Timothy Fairplay group The Asphodells, which saw them veering back in a slightly more shoegaze-y direction.

Anyway, we're thrilled to welcome Friendly Fires to the decks at DEYA, with Jack doing an open to close 7-11 session.
