Pandemonium of Parrots on Saturday 15th - Sunday 23rd February 2020
To celebrate the opening of its Pandemonium of Parrots display Birdland will be hosting a week-long celebration of these exotic birds.
With no fewer than 16 species now at home in the newly completed parrot habitat there’s a riot of coloured feathers, impressive beaks and razor-sharp bird brains to admire and learn about.
Armed with a quiz trail, venture around the park to solve the ‘psittacines’ puzzle (that’s the scientific name for parrots) during February Half Term.
The Bourton-on-the-Water attraction is home to over 500 birds ranging from England’s only breeding colony of king penguins and awesome birds of prey to parrots, cassowaries and cranes in a mix of free-flying and enclosed habitats.
