Music quality poor, was able to have a conversation right by the stage (music choices itself great, but quality didn't do it justice). Queues for drinks were rediculous. I've been to singer morning events elsewhere and the effort displayed in Cardiff to other venues was minimal, less props, less confetti etc.

Constant queueing throughout the day, just like cattle being herded from one zone to another. Only reason that made the day was the people attending.

The queues for all facilities (toilets, money on band and bar) were extremely long and as a result I spent the majority of my time queuing. More of these should have been provided. Additionally being an elrow event I would have expected a larger diversity of themed decorations.

We attended the Elrow event in Cardiff yesterday, for our friends 30th. Which we were hoping to be a very special occasion.

We are a big fan of Elrow events and we attend openings and closings in Ibiza and have been to events in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

This event was by far the worst event I have ever been too in my 12 years of partying and definitely didn't represent the elrow brand. It was poorly organised from the start. Whilst I understand the need for the increased security due to recent events in Manchester, however the ques were enormous and did not move to an efficient pace.

Then once in the festival, you had to que up for an hour to top up your card for drinks and then we qued for a further 2 hours to get a beer. And then a further hour to go to the toilet.

The bar absolutely awful, they were so slow which didn't make sense as they didn't even have to take any money. There was not enough staff for the capacity of the people that attended.

Therefore spent most of night queuing and totally ruined the vibe and atmosphere. Everyone you spoke to was disappointed.

I feel completely ripped off by the price of the tick*ts and totally let down by this experience of Elrow.

We left the event early as our basic human needs at a party we're not met, couldn't get a beer and couldn't go to the loo.

The event was over sold and all about money, I want to request to be compensated for my tick*ts and my disappointment. I do not want this to ruin my perception of Elrow as it was one of my favourite parties.

The queuing system was rubbish! Hour queuing to get in. An hour queing to put money on bands, then an hour and A HALF! queuing to get drinks.

So badly organized, everyone said it, waste of money and today I'm not only hungover im very sad how the travel to Cardiff was for once not worth it. I wasted 2 hours of my time there queueing

The bars were appalling, so slow, not enough staff, queues were ridiculous. elrow itself was incredible, just maybe pick a different bigger venue next time with enough staff.

Queues for bars, top up and toilets all awful. Not enough staff to serve everybody quickly. Average Wait 40mins to hour to get a drink. Took shine off the day. Bad organisation, I think the venue would have lost money, where people weren't buying drinks, instead opting for the free water!

not enough bar staff, queued 1 hour 40 mins for a drink, was a joke. Thought the wireless payment was meant to be quicker, music also not loud enough.

Terrible event!! Spent the whole night queuing to charge my band to buy drinks and then queuing again to get the drinks. Took 2 hours of queuing to buy one drink and then another hour queue for the toilets. Sound system was quiet and last hour set of the night terrible also with numerous noticeable mixing flaws. Worst music event I have ever been to.

S**t poorly organised massive queues took over 2 hours to get in then so squashed we left! Been to Elrow before they have let everyone down as previously a very good event music only poor as didn't get to listen to any as left due to how squashed the event was

Music was good. Queuing for 45 mins for the toilet and 1 and a half hours for a pint was terrible. Place needed to be bigger with more bars and toilets. Stage area and set up was great though
