Have you ever seen a more beautiful sight than a big, juicy stein full of imported beer with a single droplet of condensation running down the glass? It’s glorious. And that’s only one small part of what makes Oktoberfest so brilliant.
There are also authentic, addictive Bavarian food stalls to eat your way around and brass bands to sing and dance along to when that second stein goes straight to your head. There may even be some fairground rides that you should definitely have a go on. But probably do that before eating your body weight in sausage.
