Belly Dance Classes with Louise, Cambridge School of Belly Dance on Monday 14th - Monday 28th May 2018
With its roots firmly in the Middle East, Belly dance is a graceful and feminine dance that form works with your bodys natural range of movement making for a gentle yet effective way to improve posture, muscle tone, and overall sense of well being - perfect if you are looking to ease yourself into a new exercise regime this January!
Term begins on Monday 14th May 2018 with classes for complete beginners through to intermediate level dancers - all courses are 10 weeks long and pre booking is essential to secure your place, to book please visit www.cambridgebellydance.co.uk

Belly dance is suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels and bare tummies are not essential!
Mondays at St Pauls Church on Hills Road
- Beginners 6:15-7:15pm, no previous dance experience required (£67/term or £33.50/half term)
- Improvers 7:30-9:00pm, minimum 6 months experience (£85/term or £42.50/half term)
Wednesdays at Netherhall Sports Centre on Queen Ediths way
- Intermediates 8:00 - 9:30pm Minimum 18 Months experience and subject to technique assessment
