National Symphony Orchestra on Friday 16th November 2018
One of the UK’s finest professional orchestras, The National Symphony Orchestra, visit the magnificent Concert Hall (within the Langley Park School for Boys) for a concert celebrating the ‘Genius of Mozart’ in November.
The NSO is one of the longest established and most versatile professional orchestras working in Great Britain today. It has a firmly established national and international reputation, with an impressive recorded legacy as well as a busy diary of live concert performances.
‘The Genius of Mozart ‘ is on Friday 16th November at 7.30pm, and features one of the greatest concert pianists of his generation, John Lenehan, playing the Mozart Piano Concerto No 21 (Elvira Madigan). The programme also features perhaps Moazart’s most popular symphony, the No 40, as well as international soprano Grace Davidson singing the Exultate Jubilate.
