Overpriced drinks complete anarchy when it come to getting VIP free drinks and asked 3 separate event organizers for VIP food tickets which were included and never received anything.
Further more was stopped bringing in my own food , checked website numerous times and never found anything saying no food to be taken into venue.
Overall a complete mess .

Were do I start first of all you can’t do anything about the weather. But first of all communication between the people at the door and staff inside was poor. On the door when we arrived we asked if there any readmission as if the rain was bad we wanted to shelter in the car until it passed and was told no. However security inside told a couple we met that there was readmission.
Not enough stalls only 3 plus 3 food stalls not good enough. Cash machine charging you over £2:00 to take out money. Those tokens not value for money I don’t drink and was only allowed a small cup of just for £3 scandalous.
Nothing for kids in the place even a bouncy castle would have been something.
Why book an artist Cream that clearly is pass his sell by date no one has heard of.
This event wasn’t value for money at all I feel sorry for those who purchased vip tickets.
Must give a big shout out to all the Djs who tried there best and were fantastic.

Should have cancelled event as far to few people attended. Very expensive for what u got. Only 4 food stalls, one stage and one other Dj area was only available to those who paid nearly £60 a ticket! A rip off fir gem and us! None of us got much for our money , nothing for kids to do a real shame as some good DJ’s n singers bit loyyke atmosphere and very little to do!

It was very badly organised, we didn't know that you needed to buy tokens for drinks, and then to have to pay £2.95 to take cash out of a cash machine, no tonic for gin, £3 for a tiny soft drink, the prices were extortionate.

Over priced ticket at £27.50 for a badly organised field full of food vans and porta loos, not impressed!

This was the most unorganised festival I have ever attended! During 4 hours we saw 1 act the rest were DJs. Overpriced drinks....£3 for cup of pepsi being poured from a 80p bottle!! No food allowed but never said on T&Cs, security took even bags of crisps from tou.
Won't return and wouldn't recommend especially as a family day out.

Friends and myself have children we bought some snacks only to be told we cannot being them in after explaining that NO WHERE on your website or small details of your website that it does NOT say you CANNOT bring food, only thing written in your small print ....... was NO drugs, glass bottles or alcohol , it didn’t say NO Food ... the manager was called to speak to my friend was rude on his reply Was shocking “ it didn’t say you could bring food “ meaning the website ..... what kind of reply is that ... when your is meant to be family friendly 😡. The ticket £27.00 per adult under 12 free but charge for over 12 £16.00 so not cheap .....the ice cream van was charging £4.00 for bottle of water each , ice cream was £4.00 each , most food in your venue was £7.00 to £8.00, please tell me how this is family friendly, all that said the music was good but I am disappointed that it was not that family friendly and more so on the managers reaction .

From the time we arrived, there was no allocated parking for the venue & was told NO parking for disabled blue badge holders, & to drive down the hill & park at the train station, & to look for one of the Marshalls in the high vis jackets , he was actually sitting in a car in a parking space out of sight. It was only by chance I spotted him!.
Walked back to the venue, went into the VIP section , where the barman said we had to go back to the gate to get tokens for our meal & drink which was part of the package. It was all very unorganized and we just seemed to be waiting around for ages while who ever we spoke to had to ask some one else. I felt sorry for the barman who stayed very patient while serving & being asked the same questions over & over again.
We abandoned our day around 6 due to the weather which was nobody's fault , and there was very few people there. We had actually booked because Kenny Thomas was appearing. I felt sorry for the stall holders that turned up, as hundreds must of been lost in fees , & sales.

It was s lovely event, great location, such a shame the weather wasn't good, as not a lot of people there, I bought 4 VIP tickets at full price , and I am a neig*bor. Didn't realise I could of had s discount. I will return next year, and hopefully have discounted tickets

Prices way too high for a local venue. Ticket prices should have been £5 or even free admission. Drink tokens were a bad idea and way too highly priced. Should have been a cash bar and be allowed to buy bottles etc to make it more affordable. It’s not a large event where it’s necessary for a token bar. We got there at 2pm and left as there was no atmosphere ans I wasn’t prepared to pay the price for the tokens just to get a few drinks so we went to a local pub and got a few bottles of wine and food there instead. It’s a shame because this had a lot of potential to be a really good event but the prices let it down massively.
