Close friends Phantom Isle, Plainmoor and Delphine takeover The Pipeline in Brighton for a show of electronica, atmosphere and alt-pop.
Phantom Isle, a trio from Northampton, explores personal relationships and inner contemplations. Drawing inspiration from various sources, including the late-night radio of the 2000s, turn-of-the-century indie, and electronic music.
Plainmoor is the musical project of multi-instrumentalist Daniel Lloyd, who reflects on the ever-changing yet un-changing world around us. Utilising strings, brass, foley and found sounds, Plainmoor creates a beautiful, if at times unsettling, worldview.
Delphine brings their siren voice to alternative pop. Incorporating operatic and left-field vocal styles, they create narratives about literature and personal experience against a backdrop of piano and synthesisers.
