Tight 5 is a fast paced, new material night featuring up and coming comics from Brighton and the South East. There is no feeling like the birth of a new joke, when it is funny. This sometimes happens. When it doesn't the awkwardness is expertly handled by the resident compere Anthony Ayton. The result is a strangely anarchic Tuesday evening.

Each act is restricted to 5 minutes of material which must be predominantly new.

The night has recently moved from Artista cafe as its popularity outgrew the facilities. Sweet Dukebox is just a short walk down Waterloo St in the Southern Belle Pub
