Memory Box with Artwork on Saturday 4th - Sunday 5th June 2022

Artwork, is one of dance music’s most charismatic characters. He is currently known for his versatile house and rare disco sets but over his 25+ year career he has had various aliases exploring different genres and has constantly been an integral part of London’s electronic music scene.

In the late 90’s he produced techno records, most notably his releases on Fat Cat Records under the moniker “Grain” which can be found on many a legendary DJ mix.

In the early noughties he led the way in dubstep with Big Apple Records, mentoring a young Skream and Benga and later forming the massive world touring group “Magnetic Man” alongside them.

The next decade saw him touring the world at parties and festivals, alongside his UK domination with a BBC Radio1 residency and multiple gigs at the likes of Printworks, Warehouse Project and Glastonbury and his landmark residency at XOYO. And then there’s his “Art’s House” which grew from an intimate rave in a stranger's front room to one of the most fun-filled parties to come out of the capital. Art’s House can be found in London, around the UK, a summer residency at the iconic Pikes in Ibiza plus his “Lovely London Festival” alongside DJ Harvey.

Artwork is currently based in NY where he can be found digging through dusty crates finding special gems to take out on his international DJ tours. When he’s not digging or touring he’s in the studio making analogue delights for his brand new group “More Amour”.

Oh and he’s produced Grammy nominated music for all sorts of household names, but that’s another story, of many that can be told.

Support comes from Memory Box head honcho Robin Ball.
