Review of Bradford Dance Festival 2022
Music and atmosphere was brill, a bit far and loads of steps to get to toilet though and bar prices were a bit expensive but expected. Have to top wristbands up to use at the bar which costs £2 to activate, bit unfair really when drinks are expensive and you pay to get in with no other method of buying drinks available!

Great venue and line up.
Not enough food outlets for 5000+ people.
But the £2.00 charge to load up purchasing wristband then a administration
charge of £1.20 to get any monies refunded WOW this has made someone a very good earner
out of very little work here.
Then to put the icing on the cake £5.50 for a can of 50 pence beer.
I do know you have to make a profit but that mark up is shocking.
Rant over.

Queued for hours to get into delayed show, no information given, lined up like cattle. Paid over 60 pounds each ticket for vip, ended walking a mile to get to seats up at the back of the stadium where acts were the size of a thumbnail, unorganised overpriced bar where money had to be first charged to a wristband. Paid over 5 pounds for a can of beer?? Terrible food stalls, limited, cold food. Acts amazing, stood at the front of the stage where other visitors had paid 10 pounds for their tickets. 80 pounds added to wristband, money disappeared from wristband due to swiping several times, husband and I had 5 drinks each, only 10 pounds left on wristband?? Palaver getting money back from wristband, had to go through Facebook?? Had 1.20 taken from account for admin?? Shambles from start to finish, will never ever book here again, will stick to better organised events for less money!

Total shambles getting in missed first act after queuing for 1 hour got in at 2.10 when gates were meant to open at 1. 30 supposed to be fast tracked PAID VIP for nothing gates should have been opened @ 12.30 at least to VIP members. People who just bought tickets to stand got in got in before us, after getting to the VIP area it was obvious that there had been more tickets sold than had seats at least double sold, i had to go onto the pitch to activate my wrist band for a drink, after doing that i then went to the bar to get a drink which nearly all day every time i went to the bar it was at least an half hour wait which is disgusting to say we had paid for VIP. the beer prices were a rip off £5.50 for a can of lager about 300% profit per can, to say we were VIP we were the furthest away from the stage nobody introduced the acts they just walked on & started singing. How you can publish that you are opening the gates at 1.30 & the first act is coming on at 1.30 is just bewildering how do you expect the first act on felt singing to an empty stadium. Overall experience Acts very good Stadium very good everything else a total shambles from staart to finish.

The music was great but prices were expensive for drinks. You could only put money on a wristband and I have £40 owed to me and not able to contact anyone for a refund. Can you help me?

Poor! I paid over £60 each for my tickets but then noticed them for sale on Wowcher for a fraction of the price closer to the date. It was poorly run, poor organisation, ridiculous queues and ridiculously inflated prices for drinks and crap food.

after spending nearly 2hrs to get in through the "fast track" section and then another 30 minutes at the VIP bar, we found the service was atrocious. so we spent the rest of the day in the main area, the VIP was a complete waste of money. disgusting service.

Great music and atmosphere.
Negatives, .....
water bottle taken off me, steep steps to ground, not enough food vendors, fair... Just one ride!!. Toilets filthy, queue to get in very disorganized. Took well over an hour to get in.
Too many negatives, could vastly improve.

Just because me and my partner had free tickets given us we queued to get in we were then pulled out with others that had free tickets taken to back and informed we might have to wait till 5pm to get in depending on how many other people went in and also told there was no guarantee that we would get in we stood and waited from 1pm till 4pm outside stadium with no toilets, food, drink by this time we had had enough I suffer with disabilities and could not stand any longer so we went home disgusted I would not recommend or even buy a ticket to another event like this even though the tickets we had were free the way we were treated is disgusting
