Fundraising Concert on Saturday 17th November 2018
This is the 14th annual fundraising concert for Muscular Dystrophy UK in Bolton raising funds to pay for research into treatments for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
The concert, which is held at the Bridge Church Centre in Bolton, will feature Violinist Matthew Chadbond, Tenor Ryan Hunt and pianist Maria Stratigou who are all graduates from the Royal Northern College of Music. In addition some of the pupils from the Boys Division of Bolton School will also be performing.
The evening will include a great variety of music and songs, both light and classical, including excerpts by Victorian theatrical composers Gilbert and Sullivan, whose works include such well known pieces as The Mikado and The Pirates of Penzance.
