Review of Pier Jam Part 1 / S2S Festival 2nd Birthday
Venue was great for the weather that we had on the day. The music from various stages clashed with the MainStage as the venue was pretty small.
The people there were unpredictable and the least friendly atmosphere compared to other events and festivals. There was a few fights which I never see at festivals and music events I go to. The bar was very slow service as it seemed they wasn't fully bar trained and didn't understand drink orders. The prices were pretty similar to every other festival. You got 30 tokens for £60 and each drink was 2.5 tokens, so quite expensive really. Overall, I enjoyed it and would probably go again as it is quite local for me, but I am glad I only paid £20 for a ticket, I wouldn't pay more.
