I really enjoyed this event. But as outlined by others, Aswad was disappointing, the sound was awful and you couldn't hear what they were singing half the time and they were half hour late on stage. With having so much time to prepare, they should have sounded a lot better .
The dualers,  Marley Revival and General Levy were awesome .

Food prices were expensive. Especially for the amount you got. 

Should be more security near dance area as there was an incident and if they were close by it could have been stopped sooner.

Otherwise... Great night

Review of Birmingham Reggae Carnival

Worst organised event I've been to, no band times announced until you got there, bands that were advertised on flyer, Aswad, Duellers, General Levi....not in the order  advertised, so missed the Duellers...more bands to be announced, never happened. 1 bar open, 20 minutes to get served.
Left after 30 mins, very badly organised.

Absolutely amazing. Music was great. Fabulous venue and such a great crowd . Well done to all who arranged this. The Dualers we another level of delightful . Please do this event again next summer .

Great atmosphere, good vibe, levy was great as expected! Sound system as others have mentioned especially for aswad, disappointing, but still thoroughly enjoyed the night !

Really good night great music and great food and brilliant atmosphere general levy and Marley revival were amazing but aswad was a bit disappointing

Brilliant day the acts were very good the sound system was a bit dodgie when aswad was on though

Security was brilliant, was lucky with the weather, and performers were on time. The only draw back was, should have had the bar open on the roof top, so you didnât have to go down to get your drinks. 

We did not enjoy the event because the bouncers did not allow us to get in. The annoying thing was that we were there before the gate was closed. Please, can you tell me the procedure for getting a refund?

It turned out better than I expected with a slight negative for 
Aswad, as the sound system distorted their vocalâs causing them to sound off.
