Supper Club - An Adventure with Steak on Friday 26th October 2018
Digbeth Market Kitchen is excited to announce our next supper club. In partnership with AK Holder we will be embarking on an evening sampling some of the best beef the West Midlands has to offer.
Again this will be served in a family style, with each of the three cuts, Rump, Fillet and Sirloin, served to you with a selection of classic sauces, sides and enough wine to ensure a lovely evening will be had by all.
The evening will commence with a soup to start, followed by the main affair, including sides and sauces. Then finished with dessert.
After this marathon of Steak, you will be served a homemade pistachio ice cream sandwich with pistachio brittle. These will be made by the amazing Imogen Hawthorne of Paisley Immy Cake company, who are some of the finest bakers I have ever had the chance to work with.
All steaks will be served pink. But if you have any allergens or prefer your meat cooked fully through please don't hesitate to get in touch!
