⚠️ GUIDELINES
– Light refreshment, specifically for dietary requirements or children's food, will be welcome. But no large picnics or meals. 
– For licensing reasons, no alcohol is allowed to be brought into the event. There will be bars available on-site.
– Friendly security staff on hand
– Last entry strictly 7:30 PM

– Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult

FAQ's

Q. Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. Please take note that there will be large crowds, loud noises, children, food and other dogs around. Any dog causing a nuisance or not under control will be asked to leave immediately. Assistance dogs are welcome. 

Q. Can I bring a Gazebo into the main event field?

No gazebos can be bought into the main event field. Umbrellas or a very small tent for children to take shade are permitted. Gazebos will be stopped at the checkpoints.

Q. Can I bring a picnic into the event arena?

Picnics & snacks are permitted, however, food and snack stalls will be available and we kindly encourage you to support these local businesses where possible. 

Q. Are there any gluten-free or vegetarian food available?

Yes, both will be available.

Q. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There is no age limit to the area, however, you will require a form of ID to purchase alcohol if you look under 25. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  

Q. I haven't received my booking confirmation and/or E-ticket, what do I do?

Q. What can't I bring to the event?

No gas bottles, canisters or similar

No gazebos can be bought into the main event field.

No animals, except well behaved dogs on a lead 

No goods for unauthorised trading

No items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

No Chinese/sky lanterns

No drones

No Professional Video Cameras or Recording Equipment

No generators

No glass

No illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs

No portable laser equipment and pens
