just be – the power of contentment on Saturday 10th April 2021
If we look at our experience we will see how our minds are generally quite restless and dissatisfied and it is this that is preventing us from feeling happy, rather than our external conditions not being right.
On this course we will learn how to cultivate a mind of contentment. When we experience contentment we feel truly at peace and happy. With contentment we can fully enjoy and appreciate our life as it is, without feeling the need to seek happiness elsewhere.
The course is suitable for beginners and those with more experience. It will include guided meditations and practical advice. It will give you tried and tested tools and meditation practices for finding happiness. Everyone is welcome.
Online option: allows to access to the live streamed event at the scheduled date/time as well as access to a video recording of the session available for 7 days. Please kindly note that booking is required before the live stream event, even if you only wish to access the recording.
