Self Care and Self-Esteem on Saturday 23rd January 2021
We all want to be happy and to help others. We can place unrealistic expectations upon ourselves and end up feeling discouraged and exhausted when we don’t achieve them. We can learn that it is far from selfish to take time to care for ourself, in particular for our own mind, in fact, it is the kindest thing we can do for ourself and others. Through adjusting our view of ourself and others we learn to encourage ourselves rather than discouraging ourselves so that we can relax, grow and make the most of our life.
The course is suitable for beginners and those with more experience. It will include guided meditations and practical advice. It will give you tried and tested tools and meditation practices for increasing your self-respect and self-esteem. Everyone is welcome.
