Everyone experiences anxiety and sadness. These states of mind can prevent us from enjoying a happy life and yet, methods exist to reduce them. In this talk Senior Teacher, Kadam Bridget will share her powerful insight into how Buddhist meditation enables us to let go of the negative thoughts and emotions that hold us back. Everybody is welcome to attend this talk.

Kadam Bridget Heyes is the National Spiritual Director of our Tradition in the UK. She is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life.
