Pink Floyd Tribute: Dark Side Of The Wall on Sunday 3rd December 2017
King's Heath Walk Of Fame presents a special concert by the award winning Pink Floyd tribute Dark Side Of The Wall to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Pink Floyd's legendary performance at the now burnt down Ritz Ballroom next to the Hare and Hounds.
Still fronted at that time by the charismatic but increasingly erratic Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd's appearance in December 1967 came shortly after the release of their second single See Emily Play and their first album The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn.
50 years later they have become one of the most bestselling and influential groups of all time and are currently the subject of a major retrospective exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
Expect to hear a great selection of Pink Floyd songs from their extensive back catalogue performed by a fantastic tribute band who regularly play major sold out events throughout the whole country.
Don't miss out on an amazing 2 hour full lighting show to commemorate a truly historic event.
Please note that the Hare & Hounds is an upstairs standing venue just like the old Ritz Ballroom
Music Genres: 60s, 70s, 80s, Pop, Rock
